Mediterranean Pizza

I borrowed this recipe from Curly in the City

i used cucumber. tomato, and subbed the olives for red onion. chop them and add a little EVOO and dried oregano.

Heat up pita  (or naan in my case) on both sides. I drizzled a pan with olive oil (on a nice day you can do this on the grill!) and sprinkle with rosemary.

spread hummus, we used roasted red pepper for a little kick.

top with veggies, a pinch of salt and pepper and then as much feta as you can want! 
slice and serve
